Integrating Aboriginal Perspective into Curricula Document - Curriculum material will be made relevant to the students who are learning it. - Traditional knowledge, histories, values and cultures of Aboriginal peoples will be included in the classroom. Classroom Use
The Learning Circle is an educational package designed by interviewing 15 Aboriginal youth from across the country and then creating learning experiences based on their testimonies. This activities package shares the narratives of 5 Aboriginal youth and provides accompanying activities. These activities include: - Art Projects - Media Comparisons - Artist Biographies - Community Outreach This package also includes 8 pages of additional resources that can be used in supplementary activities. |
